Convenient location near 7/11, skydeck, and Flinders Street station. Helpful staff, great city views on 14th floor. Perfect for Arts Centre or Melbourne Recital Centre visits. Clean and beautiful place, with a buffet breakfast. Will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, and the facilities were great. The hotel's location was ideal, very close to everything in this city. We loved being right near Southbank, as it allowed us to easily explore the nearby restaurants for dinner. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and delicious, light and fluffy eggs.
Nothing to complain about at all.

We loved staying here as it was right in the heart of the action and everything was within walking distance. There were so many great restaurants close by in Southbank that we didn't even need to venture too far for a fantastic meal. The staff were amazing, happy to assist with everything from laundry to providing a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was furnished with everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a safe. We felt very comfortable and welcomed here.
We recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in the city.

Clean, modern rooms with 100% block out blinds. Great location near Southbank and the Eureka Tower. Complimentary soaps and hand lotion with a pleasant scent. Bar, reception, and breakfast facilities on Level 7 are very nice. Fast service. Undercover parking available for a small extra charge. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent on-site parking. Great towels and fantastic showers.

The hotel is conveniently located, being very close to everything around the city. It is situated right near Southbank, making it easy to access the restaurants in the area. The room and bathroom were clean and neat, providing a comfortable stay. The service from the receptionist and housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet served at the hotel was also delicious and satisfying.
The check-in process seemed to take a long time, causing some inconvenience during arrival.
